Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between [Name/Company of the Mentor] (hereinafter referred to as the “Mentor”) and her clients (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) for the provision of coaching and mentoring services. They apply to all services provided, whether online or in person.

2. Services

The Mentor provides business coaching and mentoring services. Services may be delivered as individual sessions, coaching packages or structured programmes. No specific outcome or success is guaranteed.

3. Distinction Between Coaching/Mentoring, Autogenic Training and Therapy

Coaching, mentoring and autogenic training do not constitute psychotherapy, medical treatment or any form of therapeutic intervention and do not replace professional medical or psychological care. In cases where we feel a therapy would be more helpful, or where we feel we can not offer the support required, we will take the liberty to recommend our clients to a respective specialist.

4. Responsibility and Liability

The content and recommendations provided during coaching serve as guidance and reflection only. Any implementation by the Client is undertaken at the Client’s own responsibility and risk.

To the extent permitted by law, the Mentor excludes liability for minor negligence. Liability for gross negligence and wilful misconduct remains unaffected.

5. Confidentiality

The Mentor undertakes to treat all information disclosed in the course of the collaboration as confidential. This obligation continues after the termination of the contractual relationship.

6. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Further information is available in the Privacy Policy on the website.

7. Fees and Payment Terms

Fees are based on the respective offer. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 10 days without deduction.

8. Cancellations

Appointments are binding. Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment are free of charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

9. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

The Mentor reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of booking shall apply.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply. The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the Mentor, to the extent permitted by law.
