How does our coaching work?
It all starts with a "welcome" session
We will meet online or in person for an initial conversation, get to know each other a bit, and you will see if you feel comfortable with your coach. The first meeting is free of charge and lasts about 30-45 minutes.
In this conversation, you can ask all the questions that are important to you and your coach will explain our approach to you in detail.
Next, you start with your first coaching session
In the first official coaching meeting, we will look at what you would like to achieve with the coaching sessions, what your life and/or professional goals are, and by when you would like to achieve what you want. We discuss with you where you are right now, and what prevents you from being where you want to be.
You decide if and how to continue the coaching sessions
In these coaching sessions, we support you in finding suitable measures and paths that will lead you to your goal. We will show you different methods and techniques that you can try out for yourself in your everyday life. And if you ever feel like you're stuck, we'll help you get back on track.

The following is very important to us: every coaching conversation revolves exclusively around you, your form on the day, your energy level, your emotions. Anything goes, but nothing has to. There is no such thing as "the right way". There is also no such thing as"the right solution". It is very important to us that you find your own way and that the solutions are right for you personally.

What is the difference between coaching and mentoring?
Coaching is non-directive. This means that the coachees do not receive instructions on what to do and how to do it. However, the coaches help you to get to know suitable methods and techniques and to use them in a goal-oriented manner.

Mentoring, on the other hand, is directive. Mentees benefit from the mentor's experience, as they share their personal approaches and make concrete recommendations on how they would proceed in a particular situation.
What is systemic coaching?
Systemic coaching means that we include not only you as a person, but also your environment in the analysis and solution space. This includes your family, your friends, your partner, your hobbies, work or school. In this way, we ensure that you do not approach your challenges and changes in isolation and one-dimensionally, but also touch the dependencies and connections in your environment.
What can our coaching not do for you?
We can't deliver ready-to-use solutions for you and your specific situation. We also don't tell you if something is "right" or "wrong". It is important that your solutions are right for you and that you feel comfortable with them. We do not have a rating on "right" or "wrong". You decide for yourself, we support you in the decision-making process.

We don't have psychotherapists, and we don't have medics either. That's why we can't diagnose ADHD or prescribe medication. If we think that talking to another professional might be beneficial for you, we will let you know and help you find a suitable practice if you wish.
